Install Catalysis as a web app directly from your browser — no app store needed. Works great for journeys, groups, and community. The native app is recommended for device locking, background alarms, and richer offline support.

Don't forget to enable notifications

After installing and signing in, allow notifications when prompted so Catalysis can send you daily reminders, prayer alarms, and group updates.

How to Install Catalysis Go

    Open catalysis-dev.vercel.app in Chrome on your Android phone or tablet.

  2. 2

    Tap the ⋮ menu (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of Chrome.

  3. 3

    Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app” if that option appears at the top.

  4. 4

    Tap Add — Catalysis will appear on your home screen and app drawer.

Once installed, Catalysis runs in its own window with no browser bar — just like a native app. On Android you can also find it in your app drawer.

Turn On Notifications

Catalysis sends you reminders for prayer, daily activities, and group updates. Your browser will show a small popup — click Allow when it appears.

On Android, Chrome will ask you automatically when you first sign in. If you dismissed the prompt:

    Tap the lock icon or ⋮ menu in Chrome's address bar and select Site settings.

  2. 2

    Tap Notifications and set it to Allow.

  3. 3

    Refresh the page and sign in — Catalysis will start sending reminders immediately.
